Find answers to common questions about PickUp2

PickUp2 is a freight exchange platform that connects shippers, carriers, and forwarders across Europe. Post loads, publish fleet capacity, negotiate deals in real-time chat, and manage your entire logistics operation from one dashboard.

Click Sign Up, choose your role (shipper, carrier, or forwarder), fill in your company details, and verify your account. The process takes under 5 minutes.

Three main roles:

  • Shipper: Post freight orders and receive competitive bids from carriers.
  • Carrier: Publish fleet capacity, browse loads, and bid on freight orders.
  • Forwarder: Access both freight orders and fleet offers — connect shippers with carriers and earn on every deal.

Post and browse freight orders, publish fleet offers, negotiate deals through real-time chat, manage your team with role-based permissions, track your company rating, and earn PickUp Coins for positive reviews.

Shippers post loads, carriers bid on them (or publish fleet capacity for shippers to book). Both sides negotiate terms in real-time chat, confirm the deal, and track it from first contact to delivery completion.

PickUp Coins are rewards you earn for giving ratings (5 coins per review) and receiving positive ratings from partners. You can spend coins on boosting your freight orders and fleet offers for more visibility.

Yes. Invite employees by email and assign them roles like dispatcher, driver, speditor, or manager. Each role comes with a suggested permission preset, or you can build custom permissions.

Four presets:

  • Full Access: Everything except company ownership settings.
  • Operations: Manage loads, fleet offers, and deals — ideal for dispatchers and speditors.
  • Driver: View assigned deals and use chat only.
  • Custom: Toggle each permission individually for complete control.

Go to Settings in your dashboard. Owners can update the company profile, upload documents, manage billing, and view invoices. Team members see what their permissions allow.

After every completed deal, both sides rate each other (1–5 stars). Shippers rate carriers on timely execution, care for goods, and communication. Carriers rate shippers on payment reliability, cargo accuracy, and waiting times. All ratings are tied to real transactions.

Yes. Companies go through document verification and EU VAT validation. Verified companies get a badge on their profile, building trust with potential partners.
